Orders are processed within one week.
For International shipping you will receive your merchandise within 4-5 business days after your order is processed. Orders are processed from Bali, Indonesia and shipped from Bali. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Shipping costs are included in the item.
Can I track my package online?
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. For domestic or international orders, you can log on to www.dhl.com/track to track your package.
Please be sure to indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned only if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. Items can be returned within 7 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and or order form. After 7 days, all sales are FINAL. All sales are final on markdowns, phone and special orders, underwear, swimwear, shoes and jewellery. Exchanges are only permitted within 7 days on full priced items. The costs for shipping back returned goods are with the customer.
Please provide full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return in the package. You are responsible for this information. Lily Jean Online is not responsible for taxes nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. Lily Jean Online will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same PayPal account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Lily Jean back to you. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
Will I be charged shipping for the return?
Yes, customers must email us at email@example.com and we will review the case. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Lily Jean is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.
Can I return/exchange my items at the Lily Jean retail stores?
All online orders must be returned to Lily Jean Online only. Please contact us if there are any concerns.
